We’re expanding into a brand-new, high-performance facility this summer, and we’re looking for a driven, team-focused Movement Coach to join our award-winning team at COMPHYSIO+.

This role is perfect for someone who:

Has a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or equivalent

Has 1+ years of experience coaching/training

Can teach functional movement and corrective exercise (e.g., FMS)

Is proficient in power lifts, Olympic lifts, kettlebells, and suspension/cable training

Has (or is pursuing) a CSCS certification (asset)

Is flexible with shift availability (mornings, evenings, weekends)

Thrives in a team setting and loves learning

Is passionate about rehab, performance & working with motivated clients

Wants mentorship, growth opportunities, and a diverse caseload

Is excited to treat elite athletes and everyday movers alike
