Job summary

TRAXX Coachlines Ltd. is hiring seasonal Motorcoach Operators for the Vancouver–Seattle Quick Shuttle service, operating on a fixed schedule with cross-border travel between Downtown Vancouver and SeaTac airport.

You will provide safe, reliable passenger transport, conduct pre-trip inspections, and maintain a clean coach while following Hours-of-Service rules for Canada and the U.S. Route stability and customer service are priorities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid commercial driver's license (Class 1 or 2) with air brake endorsement.
• Clean driver's abstract required.
• Valid passport permitting Canada–USA cross-border travel.
• Experience with motorcoach operations and safety standards (ADA, DMV, DOT) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motorcoach on Vancouver–SeaTac scheduled services.
• Provide professional passenger service, assist with boarding and luggage.

Come join Quick Coach Lines Ltd. Quick Shuttle by TRAXX offers quick and easy cross-border travel between Vancouver and Seattle with multiple pick-up and drop-off locations. We are hiring multiple full-time seasonal Motorcoach Operators to join our team for a scheduled cross-border service between Downtown Vancouver and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac). In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation while delivering outstanding customer service to our passengers. This position is ideal for professional drivers who value punctuality, safety, consistent routes, and a structured schedule. Enjoy the benefits of sleeping in your own bed every night, working a predictable schedule, earning a stable income, and building rapport with regular passengers who rely on our service. The role will be until October with a possibility of extension or reassignment to other projects within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a motorcoach on scheduled services between Vancouver and SeaTac.
• Provide professional customer service, including assisting passengers with boarding and loading luggage.
• Performaccuratepre-trip and post-trip inspections using electronic logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming coach interior.
• Comply with Hours-of-Service rules for both Canada and the United States.
• Uphold strong safety and operational standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Class 1 or 2 Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement.
• Proof of clean driver's abstract.
• Valid passport without restrictions to cross the Canada-USA border.
• Knowledgeable in motorcoach operations, safety, ADA, DMV, and DOT requirements.
• Experience with motorcoach, highway, or large-vehicle driving is an asset; minimum of 1 year motorcoach experience.
• Ability to complete accurate pre-trip inspections and operate electronic logs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills; this role relies on strict adherence to a fixed schedule.
• Drug and alcohol testing to meet DOT requirements.
• Multilingual skills are an asset.
