Job summary

TRAXX Coachlines in Williams Lake, BC is hiring Motorcoach Operators for Full-Time, Part-Time, or On-Call casual roles. You will transport passengers safely, assist with luggage, and handle inquiries while maintaining logs and vehicle condition.

Ideal candidates have a Class 1/2 CDL with air brake, a clean abstract, and motor coach experience. Weekend availability and strong customer service are valued in a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Class 1 or 2 CDL with air brake required.
• Proof of clean driver's abstract.
• Knowledgeable in motor coach operations, safety, ADA, DMV, and DOT requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years commercial driving experience, preferably motor coach.
• Minimum of 1 year motor coach experience.
• Experience with logging roads and understanding radio calls.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience as a tour bus driver is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers, adhering to all safety programs, policies, and practices.
• Assist with loading/unloading passenger luggage.
• Address passenger inquiries and concerns in a polite and professional manner.
• Keep passengers informed of trip progress and advise of delays if encountered.
• Conduct and review pre- and post-trip reports of all vehicular, passenger, and employee accidents/incidents.
• Maintain the bus in clean and presentable condition.
• Maintain trip logs.
• Must be able to work various hours and shifts.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.
