TRAXX Coachlines in Fort Saskatchewan is hiring a Full-Time Industrial Bus Operator to transport passengers safely along established routes and to assist passengers with luggage as needed.

Qualified applicants must hold a Class 2 CDL, have at least 1 year of shuttle or school bus driving experience, provide a clean driver’s abstract, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. The role requires reliability and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 2 CDL license.
• Minimum 1 year shuttle or school bus driving experience.
• Proof of a clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous shuttle/similar passenger transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers according to the established route, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with loading and unloading passengers' luggage.
• Address passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Keep passengers informed of trip progress and advise of any delays.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, documenting any incidents or vehicle concerns.
• Maintain the shuttle bus in a clean and presentable condition.
• Complete and maintain trip logs.
• Available to work a fixed schedule, including weekends and holidays.

About the Role
