We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Home Financing Advisor (HFA) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your banking expertise, influencing skills, trust development, and client experience to build relationships, provide mortgage advice, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

1. Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
2. Provide tailored mortgage advice aligned with clients' financial goals using your banking expertise and communication skills.
3. Build trust through transparent, honest advice, rapport, and open communication during the mortgage process.
4. Enhance client experience by understanding needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless application process.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely approvals and closings, adhering to regulatory standards.
6. Remain mobile to be accessible and meet clients’ preferences.
7. Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and regulations to offer informed advice and stay competitive.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of successful experience in the mortgage industry or a related field.
2. Strong commitment to trust, client experience, and exceptional service.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and build rapport.
