RBC in Vancouver is seeking a sales-focused Mortgage Advisor to cultivate local business relationships, advise clients on customized financing options, and drive personal sales results through collaboration with RBC partners.

You will remain mobile to meet client preferences and build a loyal client base while delivering exceptional service within a community and realtor network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales success, ideally in financial services or real estate.
• Solid network in your community, resulting in referrals, new clients and increased business.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Must-have

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales success, ideally in financial services or real estate
• A solid network in your community, resulting in referrals, new clients and increased business

• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal partners
• Self‑starter who works independently and seeks out answers

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience as a mortgage lender
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination business and home financing products
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
