Job summary

RBC is seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor in Montréal to deliver personalized mortgage solutions and build strong client relationships. You will actively develop business through community connections and centers of influence, aiming to exceed sales targets while collaborating with RBC partners to anchor external business.

The role requires 3+ years of sales success, a solid community network, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales success, ideally in financial services or real estate.
• A solid network in your community, resulting in referrals, new clients and increased business.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal partners.
• Self-starter who works independently and seeks out answers.
• Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.

Your ability to develop relationships with both internal and external partners is crucial to your success, particularly within the community and realtors’ offices. Further, you build client loyalty through your keen desire to provide exceptional and personalized service, while your proven motivation and entrepreneurial sales style allows you to drive the business results you desire.
