Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in banking or related field.
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products.
• Familiarity with call centre operations and policies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales process for mortgage renewal and home financing options.
• Integrate marketing promotions into customer conversations where appropriate.
• Handle customer contacts and refer to appropriate groups as needed.
• Negotiate mortgage pricing to balance customer value and profitability.
