Job summary

BMO is seeking a Mortgage Specialist in Canada to cultivate and manage referral-based relationships and drive home financing growth. You will build a pipeline of mortgage opportunities through partnerships and proactive outreach, delivering superior service and expert guidance throughout the application process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant mortgage sales experience.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of personal banking and real estate market is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and manages relationships to build a pipeline of mortgage business.
• Identifies sales opportunities and refers to colleagues as appropriate.
• Develops and executes marketing and sales programs to drive results.
