Overview

Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser in Hornchurch

Requirements: Must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• Basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and generate business
• Follow up on leads from the Estate Agency team
• Generate own leads and business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process

Working hours

• Full-time, office-based
• Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu for Saturday work

Additional requirements

• Current CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Mortgage and Protection Advising experience
• Legal right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
• Proof of address, National Insurance, UK driving license
