Job summary

NP Mortgages in Scarborough, Toronto is hiring a Mortgage Agent LEVEL 1 for a full-time on-site role. You will meet with clients, assess their financial needs and guide them through mortgage options until closing.

Licensing in Ontario or willingness to obtain it is required; strong communication and client-service skills are essential; prior mortgage/real estate experience is a plus. You will work closely with lenders, lawyers and real estate professionals to build a strong client network.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Mortgage Agents.

As a Mortgage Agent at NP Mortgages, you will meet with clients, understand their financial needs and help them find the right mortgage solution. You will guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from the first conversation to closing and beyond.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Scarborough office.

• Meet with clients, understand their goals and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
• Review client documents, complete applications and manage files through closing
• Communicate with lenders, lawyers, underwriters and real estate professionals
• Build strong relationships, generate leads and grow your client network

• Strong communication, customer service, sales and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
• Experience in mortgages, banking, real estate or financial services preferred
• Licensed in Ontario or willing to complete the required licensing
