Job summary

ML6 Search + Talent Advisory partners with a well-established quick-service restaurant network to recruit a Regional Operations Manager for the Greater Montreal portfolio. The role focuses on driving performance across a multi-unit restaurant base, collaborating with franchisees and operators to boost sales, profitability, guest experience and operational consistency.

The successful candidate will be hands-on in the field, build strong relationships with operators, and serve as a critical link

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations and managing franchise relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial performance and KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership and field presence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of an assigned portfolio of restaurants.
• Develop relationships with franchisees and operators as a trusted partner.
• Conduct restaurant visits and reviews to ensure brand standards and consistency.
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and coaching to operators.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and plan improvements.
• Lead rollout of corporate programs and drive customer experience across locations.
• Coordinate new launches and ownership transitions for the region.
• Communicate field feedback to corporate and align on priorities.
