Montana’s is hiring a Host at our Nanaimo location. You will greet and welcome Guests, manage seating and guest flow, and ensure smooth operations from opening to closing shifts in a lively BBQ restaurant.

Montana’s is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We’re looking for friendly, down-to‑earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

As a host, you make the first and last impression on each and every Guest that enters Montana’s. You are responsible for creating a great atmosphere with your smile, high energy and welcoming personality.

What Will You Do In This Role

• Greet and welcome Guests when entering the restaurant
• Manage the Guest Flow, table turns and seating
• Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures
