Job summary

Montana's in Fort McMurray is seeking a Manager of Guest Experience. You will lead guest services, drive traffic to the restaurant, and ensure guests return by delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities include hiring and guiding A‑team associates to uphold our guest promise, managing operations, budgets and costs while fostering a dynamic, customer‑focused environment in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Manager in upscale dining with similar sales volume.
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or business preferred.
• Strong business acumen, including budgets and costs.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations including food & beverage.
• Solid understanding of the upscale dining industry.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others.

Responsibilities

• Drive Guests to the restaurant and ensure repeat visits.
• Hire and lead trained, focused Associates to deliver on the guest experience.
• Provide leadership to deliver the Perfect Guest Experience.

Montana's is hiring a Manager of Guest Experience at our Fort McMurray location!

Montana’s is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

As a Manager of Guest Experience, you will be responsible for driving Guests to the restaurant, leveraging our scale, and ensuring Guests come back. With your superior restaurant experience, solid leadership and proven team building skills, you will also be responsible for hiring and leading trained, focused and engaged Associates, to deliver on our promise of the Perfect Guest Experience.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Manager in an upscale dining environment with similar sales volume

• Bonus points for Post-secondary education, preferably in hospitality and/or a business related field

• Excellent business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs

• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage

• Excellent understanding of the upscale dining industry

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
