Job summary

Polytainers Inc. is hiring for a Molding - Packer on Shift 2 (3:30pm - 11:30PM) in Etobicoke, ON. The role involves packing molded production parts, inspecting quality, and supporting the line during changeovers and breaks.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, with strong English communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities include obtaining supplies, assembling and labeling boxes, weighing scrap, and keeping the packing area organized

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pack molded production parts into boxes per packing specifications.
• Obtain packing supplies from designated spots at each machine.
• Assemble and label boxes, move packed boxes through tape machine.
• Visually inspect tray parts for defects and assist with line clearance during product changes.
• Relieve other Packers for breaks and absenteeism when required.
• Update production boards and maintain a clean packing area.
