About The Opportunity

Perform mould, tooling, and material changeovers, troubleshoot injection moulding machines, optimize machine efficiency, and ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.

• Provide technical assistance to the shift supervisor.
• Perform mould set-ups, changeovers, machine start-ups, lockouts, and shutdowns.
• Set up tools and equipment for production.
• Follow first piece procedures to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot machines, conduct audits, and monitor quality.
• Respond to operator calls to resolve issues.
• Adhere to cycle times, weights, and change requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tooling.
• Update daily reports and logs.
• Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and quality teams to resolve concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement, 5S, and STW activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be flexible to work a 12-hour continental shift schedule.
