ATCO Structures in Langley, BC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Regional Manager in coordinating modular construction projects from planning through installation. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in construction project support, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to travel as needed within and outside the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting mid-sized construction projects.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of budgets, cost tracking, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of modular building projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
• Travel to project sites for pre-construction meetings and status updates.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to review drawings and define scopes of work.
