Job summary

ATCO Structures invites a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the pursuit of modular construction projects in the La Prairie, Quebec region. You will develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and guide deals from inception to award while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma and 5+ years of technical sales experience in construction or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma required; Engineering/Design/Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in construction or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue modular construction projects within the assigned territory.
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and the pursuit lifecycle from inception to award.
• Review and interpret construction contracts, assess risks, and communicate findings to clients.
