Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Mobile Supervisor in London, ON to provide professional, front-line security services. This role suits individuals with strong customer service skills and a background in mobile security.

Responsibilities include conducting mobile patrols of designated areas, monitoring CCTV and alarms, preparing accurate incident reports, and coordinating with clients and responders. Part-time night shifts on Fridays and Saturdays (10:00pm–6:00am) from the London area.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Must provide a clean driver’s abstract and ON Full G license
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes
• Valid ON Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring
• Experience with report writing and note-taking
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

• Perform security checks of buildings and access points

• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
• Maintain logs and records of patrols and incidents
• Inspect security equipment and emergency supplies and report issues
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits and recommend improvements
• Participate in training to enhance security procedures and response protocols

Position Location: London, ON

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour

Status: Part-Time

Shift: Fridays & Saturdays; (10:00pm - 6:00am); Night Shifts

Overview:

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions:

• Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high-traffic areas, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, promptly responding to any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities
• Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and other access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed while enforcing security policies
• Report any security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities, documenting observations and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies effectively
• Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements to mitigate risks
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant regulation
