Job summary

Paladin Security seeks professional Mobile Security Guards to conduct patrols and alarm response across client locations in Canada. The role suits independent workers with strong situational awareness and a commitment to protecting people and property.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, performing property checks, reporting issues, and coordinating with dispatch and clients. Valid BC Security Licence, BC Driver's Licence, and ability to work nights/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the security industry.
• Valid BC Security Licence.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, including overnight shifts.
• Physically capable of patrol duties (walking, stairs, driving).
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and service calls.
• Perform interior and exterior property checks.
• Lock and unlock buildings and gates.
• Identify and report security, safety, and maintenance issues.
• Complete detailed incident and patrol reports.
• Communicate with dispatch, clients, and emergency services.
• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Follow site post orders and company policies.
