Base pay range

CA$18.00 / hr - CA$18.00 / hr

Position Overview

We are looking for Mobile Security Guards for positions in the Toronto area. You will have a clean driver’s abstract and strong knowledge of the routes around Toronto. You should enjoy long shifts and working at various sites including cemeteries. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to respond to incidents are essential. Shifts include days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms, violations, property damage, and trespassers across various sites in Toronto.
• Perform safety checks and maintain company vehicles.
• Log all activities accurately and promptly.
• De-escalate situations involving vagrants and trespassers.
• Patrol assigned areas in marked vehicles when required.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Identify and report security risks or hazards.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates
• G2 Driver’s License with a clean 5-year abstract
• At least 1 year of mobile security experience preferred
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions and at night
• Strong de-escalation skills and law enforcement involvement when necessary
• Familiarity with Toronto streets and navigation tools like Google Maps
