Likewize is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join our team in Vaughan, Ontario, covering the Greater Toronto Area.

Job Description:

As a Likewize repair technician, you are the ‘face’ of our company. Whether interacting with customers at their home or workplace, or driving our mobile service centre, you represent Likewize at all times.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer devices accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Your daily responsibilities include:

1. Attending customer repair bookings on time using Likewize systems, ensuring parts are prepared beforehand.
2. Greeting customers at their preferred location and completing quality control procedures.
3. Performing repairs within the designated timeframe.
4. Completing outbound quality control procedures.
5. Handling system-based administration before returning devices.
6. Returning unused or salvaged parts appropriately.
7. Monitoring your performance against company standards and KPIs.
8. Maintaining a presentable workspace and vehicle.
9. Checking tools and equipment are in good condition.
10. Keeping customers informed of delays or issues.
11. Seeking ways to improve business processes and collecting customer feedback.

Qualifications include:

• College diploma or equivalent experience.
• G/A Class 5 driver’s license for mobile service operation.
• Experience in device repair, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage tasks professionally and use hand tools and schematics.
• Excellent communication skills and customer interaction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability; self-directed work ethic.
• Technician certification from OEM is advantageous.
