The role emphasizes kindness, reliability, and strong communication as you adapt to diverse home environments. Ideal candidates have phlebotomy experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfortable use of Apple devices and digital health tools.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience with challenging sticks.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience in home settings preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Apple iPhone/iPad and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each day by reviewing schedules and ensuring supplies and PPE are ready.
• Travel to patients' homes within assigned service area.
• Perform scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, urine collection, and support with Wellness Visits.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills to minimize discomfort for patients.
• Create a warm, professional experience in every home visit.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Manage daily logistics and schedule independently while moving between patients.
