Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Mobile Patrol Security Guard to patrol and secure client properties, including condominiums, commercial properties, and malls. The role emphasizes scheduled patrols, detailed reporting, and exceptional customer service to reassure and engage with people across shifts.

The position offers an hourly wage of $16.22, opportunities for education through GardaWorld Academy, career growth, and uniform provided at no cost. Weekend nights 2200-0600 are included.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training is an asset.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills.
• Be able to pass the Drug and Alcohol Testing.
• Valid Saskatchewan class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in winter driving.
• Adaptable to learn new tasks quickly on the job.
• Professional demeanor and customer service focused.
• Experience with using technology based systems.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot).
• Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws.
• Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
• Responding to various types of emergencies.
• Lockups/unlocks and alarm responses.
• Vehicle Inspection Reports, Daily Occurrence Reports and Incident reports.
• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
