RBC is seeking a results-driven mortgage advisor to provide tailored mortgage solutions and foster loyalty with clients. You will build partnerships with community members and realtors, driving business growth through strong relationships and proactive advice.

With a track record in sales within financial services or real estate, you will maintain a vast local network, deliver excellent mortgage guidance, and collaborate with RBC partners to anchor external opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in a sales-oriented role, ideally in financial services or real estate.
• Solid network in your community leading to referrals and new clients.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience as a mortgage lender
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination business and home financing products
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
