Job summary

Mint Health + Drugs in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Licenses Practical Nurse to join our pharmacist-led team and support patients in their homes with safe medication delivery and clinical care.

You will assist with insulin dosing, reminders for self-administered medications, maintain clean patient spaces, document visit details on our apps, and report changes in patient conditions. A valid LPN certificate and BC registration are required, with weekend shifts and a 7 am start.

Qualifications

• LPN certificate or enrollment in a nursing program with practical experience.
• Registration with provincial bodies (e.g. BCCNM) and letter of good standing.
• Availability for 7 am start and weekends.
• Strong communication, patience, empathy, and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Criminal record check completed by Mint prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of medication: taking daily medication to the homes of our patients.
• Clinical support: prompt and observe insulin dosing.
• Medication assistance: assisting with self-administered medication or reminders.
• Environmental maintenance: maintaining clean, safe, and tidy patient rooms.
• Reporting: reporting changes in patient condition and behavior.
• Documentation: documenting visit details using apps on the company phone.
