Clean Harbors Breslau, Ontario is seeking a Licensed Heavy Duty Mobile Mechanic (Truck and Coach Technician) to join our safety-conscious team on a full-time, on-site schedule at 65 Woolwich Street.

You will diagnose and repair light and heavy-duty vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and complete warranty documentation while prioritizing health and safety. Minimum 3 years' experience and a Journeyman license required; Class 5 Driver's License; hydraulics/vacuum trucks are assets.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Journeyman Truck and Coach Technician.
• 3+ years' experience as Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic.
• Hydraulics experience is an asset.
• Vacuum Trucks experience is an asset.
• Ability to use diagnostic software.
• Class 5 Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by following safe work practices and policies.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Provide routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and performance.
• Complete warranty documentation.
• Disassemble and replace worn or defective components; work independently at various sites with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
• Complete and follow all Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs) and Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs).
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on light & heavy-duty vehicles and various types of equipment.
• Conduct routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Complete and maintain warranty documentation.
• Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn, damaged, or defective components as required.Work independently at various sites with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeeping activities.
• Complete all required documentation, including daily Samsara logs, accurately and in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed/Journeyman Truck and Coach Technician.
• 3+ years' experience working as a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic.
• Previous experience working with Hydraulics is an asset.
• Previous experience working on Vacuum Trucks is an asset.
• Ability to use diagnostic software.
• Class 5 Driver's License required.
