CAPREIT Apartments is hiring a Leasing Specialist to manage inquiries, onboarding, and vacancy monitoring, ensuring resident satisfaction across our properties in Canada. The role requires a valid Class 5 license and access to a vehicle for travel between locations. Travel expenses are reimbursed per policy.
The successful candidate will join a growth-focused team, contribute to leasing targets, and handle payments, moves and maintenance coordination as part of day-to-day operations.

As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.
Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.
Collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves and maintenance request.
The starting salary for this position is expected to range between$44,000 and $48,000, depending on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
