Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced Electricians to service residential and commercial properties across Ontario. You will diagnose electrical issues, perform repairs, and complete installations within your verified scope.

You must have 5+ years of experience, valid trade status, and your own tools and vehicle. Expect a structured workflow via a mobile app and timely communication throughout the job cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional electrical experience.
• Must hold valid electrical trade status that can be verified.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Legally able to perform electrical work through proper contracting setup.
• Experience diagnosing residential or commercial electrical jobs.
• Own reliable vehicle to travel between appointments and carry tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical issues and determine repairs or replacements.
• Complete service calls, repairs and installations within scope.
• Troubleshoot outlets, switches, lighting, panels and wiring.
• Record work performed, parts used and follow-up recommendations.
• Travel between appointments using own vehicle and GPS.
