Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Machine Learning Operations Developer to join the AI/ML Platform team. The role focuses on operationalizing ML models and improving the efficiency of Autodesk's AI/ML platform across design, construction, manufacturing, and media domains.

The position is hybrid in Toronto or Montreal. You will implement MLOps practices, build automated deployment pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable infrastructure, monitoring, and governance for ML

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in DevOps and MLOps deploying ML models in production.
• Experience Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for ML workloads.
• CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.
• Scripting in Python/Bash for automation.
• Monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Security best practices in MLOps and data encryption.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize MLOps practices for AI/ML Platform.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines for ML models.
• Design and maintain scalable infrastructure for training, inference, and data processing.
• Develop monitoring and logging to track model performance and platform health.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines for training/validation.
• Version control for ML models and governance practices.
• Ensure data privacy and security across the platform.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve the MLOps lifecycle.
• Participate in incident response and system recovery.
