Job summary

Stripe is seeking an ML Engineer Manager for the AI Conversation Platform in Toronto. The role leads a new team focused on building an end-to-end ML platform, from ideas to production.

You will guide the technical direction, coordinate with partner teams, and mentor engineers to deliver high-impact ML systems. Ideal candidates have 4+ years managing ML teams, hands-on ML engineering experience, and a track record of shipping ML solutions in production.

Qualifications

• Have at least 4 years of experience managing ML teams.
• Experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist or equivalent IC.
• Lead by example in high-growth environments with ambiguity.
• Have experience building & shipping ML systems.
• Maintain high standards for production systems.
