You will mentor senior engineers, drive technical excellence, and ensure robust, scalable solutions that integrate with the Workday platform. You will collaborate with product, data science, and architecture teams, evaluate new AI tech such as LLMs and RAG, and champion security, privacy, and quality across deployments in enterprise environments.

Formación

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership delivering products at scale, with a strong focus on AI/ML and cloud-based systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Lead the development of AI agents for HR and Finance.
