Position: Mitigation Technician - Restoration

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

The Mitigation Technician role involves responding to emergency and property-damaging situations in the property damage restoration industry. Our team addresses property and customer needs with skill, knowledge, and professionalism, aiming to preserve as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation according to industry standards under supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in on-call schedules.
• Assist with warehousing and facility tasks as needed.
• Support team members and demonstrate leadership when necessary.
