Position: Mitigation Technician - Restoration

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

The Mitigation Technician plays a vital role in the property damage restoration industry, responding to emergencies and property damage situations. Our team addresses property and customer needs with skill, knowledge, and professionalism, aiming to preserve as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation according to industry standards and supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and proper equipment.
• Be reachable by phone and participate in on-call schedules.
• Assist with warehousing and facility tasks as needed.
• Support team members and demonstrate leadership when necessary.
