Job summary

WSP Canada seeks a proactive project coordinator to support data centre and mission critical projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance planning, governance, and client outcomes through organized documentation and timely reporting.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications while supporting proposals and commercial processes. A strong eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex projects or programs within engineering, construction, consulting, data centres, critical facilities, or other mission critical environments.
• Experience coordinating proposals, bids, presentations, reports, or other client-facing submissions with multiple contributors and firm deadlines.
• Working knowledge of project management, project controls, commercial management, contract administration, and change management processes.
• Commercial awareness, including practical experience with budgets, forecasts, fees, invoicing, scope, and cost-conscious decision support.

Responsibilities

• Provide adaptable project management and coordination support to data centre and mission critical teams.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, action logs, decision registers, risk registers, budgets, forecasts, and core project documentation.
• Support delivery and reporting of complex projects from planning through closeout.
• Contribute to proposals, bids, and client submissions by coordinating inputs and developing content.
• Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions.
• Strengthen governance, document control, information management, and quality review processes.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, fee tracking, invoicing and other commercial information.
• Assist with contract administration by tracking deliverables, changes, interfaces, and risks.
• Capture lessons learned and help improve delivery practices across projects and proposals.
