Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• P.Eng. status in a Canadian province.
• 15+ years of mining engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience delivering projects with concentrators and mills.
• Experience across the complete EPC/EPCM lifecycle.
• Field engineering leadership.
• Innovative approaches to improve execution.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, staffing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering execution for complex mining projects.
• Guide technical decision-making and maintain strong engineering controls.
• Plan, staff and monitor engineering work to support schedules, budgets, productivity and milestone delivery.
• Build relationships with clients, discipline leads, project teams to enable clear communication.
