Finning Canada is seeking a Mining Parts & Warehouse Manager to lead our mining parts, inventory and warehouse operations in demanding environments. You will drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective throughput while supporting uptime and customer success.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement across procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution, with a focus on strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership in parts, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Experience in mining or heavy equipment environments.
• Strong inventory control and distribution knowledge.
• Proficiency with ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective mining parts and warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory levels and stocking strategies for optimal parts availability.
• Oversee procurement, receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of parts and warehouse professionals.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, inventory accuracy, fill rates, customer service, and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
