Job summary

Skeena Gold + Silver Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume recruitment for Skeena's Eskay Creek project. This role focuses on hourly and operational positions, coordinating from sourcing to onboarding in a fast-paced mining environment.

Based in Vancouver, the successful candidate will manage postings, screens, interviews, and onboarding while maintaining strong candidate experiences and collaboration with hiring managers and Indigenous partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume talent acquisition.
• Experience in mining, construction or heavy civil industries preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Experience reviewing applications, screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for site-based operational positions.
• Manage multiple job postings and requisitions.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screens.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in UKG and other systems.
• Prepare recruitment updates and reports.
• Collaborate with Indigenous partners and community initiatives.
• Assist with career fairs and events.
