Skeena Gold + Silver Limited in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume site recruitment for Eskay Creek project. The role anchors candidate sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding, handling multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration with Indigenous partners and HR teams is essential for success. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in mining, construction or heavy civil industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for site-based operational positions.
• Manage multiple job postings and requisitions simultaneously.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screens.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, candidate databases and other channels.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for turnover.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and offers with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment records in UKG and other systems.
