Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• University degree, preferably with Finance/Engineering/Geology focus.
• Strong knowledge of market structure and investment banking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze clients' financial needs, build and modify models.
• Lead M&A and financing structuring and execution with due diligence.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and pitch ideas for clients.
• Monitor regulatory and sector themes to identify client impact.
• Mentor analysts and associates on day-to-day deliverables.
• Collaborate with coverage and product groups to deliver financing solutions.
