Job summary

Raise is seeking a Mining Field Superintendent for a 12-month FIFO contract at Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan. You will oversee mechanical and piping construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on a major mining site.

This role requires extensive field supervision experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to coordinate with contractors. The rotation is 2 weeks in/2 weeks out with camp accommodations and paid flights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical field supervision or construction.
• Experience with mechanical equipment, piping, and brownfield construction.
• Interprovincial Red Seal certification strongly preferred.
• CSO designation is mandatory for this role.
• Pre-access training and ISN site orientations required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and piping construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate field operations and report progress to project leadership.
• Enforce site safety culture and regulatory requirements.
