Job summary

Cameco Corporation is hiring an Industrial Mechanic for the Rabbit Lake operation in northern Saskatchewan. You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on surface and underground equipment, working in a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented environment.

The ideal candidate holds a valid journeyperson industrial mechanic ticket, Grade 12, owns tools, and is willing to work underground and on surface in a two‑week on/ two‑week off FIFO rotation.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanics with trade certification and safety focus.

Industrial Mechanics are needed at Cameco’s Rabbit Lake operation in northern Saskatchewan. This role involves performing predictive and preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on both surface and underground equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, holds a valid industrial mechanic ticket, and is comfortable working in a rotational FIFO environment.

What You’ll Need

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Valid Saskatchewan or inter-provincial journeyperson industrial mechanic ticket
• Three to five years of industrial experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to work a rotational schedule and commute by aircraft

What Will Make You Stand Out
