Job summary

Wenco International Mining Systems, a Hitachi subsidiary, seeks a Field Services Analyst to install, commission and support Wenco hardware and software at client mines. The role blends hands-on field work with remote software support and aims to build broad competency across Wenco’s product stack.

Extensive travel across North America is required, with a base salary in the 95k–110k CAD range. The role emphasizes reliable field execution and professional client interactions at sites and remotely.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years across hardware installation or field services and technical software support
• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related IT/mining discipline; or equivalent practical experience
• Experience installing and troubleshooting rugged hardware and cabling on heavy or light mining equipment

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission Wenco hardware across mining equipment
• Install and configure networks and DC power connections
• Verify installations against guides and record as‑builts
• Provide on-site and remote fault-finding and repairs
• Deliver client training on system use and support processes
• Triage and document issues in Wenco's system and escalate when needed
