Job summary

BW Gold, a BW Gold subsidiary of Artemis Gold Inc., is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Capital Projects and Earthworks teams. Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, you will partner with Hiring Managers and site HR to deliver high-quality hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, while promoting safety and inclusion.

Preference for candidates in Prince George or Vancouver areas, with office-based work Monday to Friday and occasional travel to the Blackwater Mine site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• CPHR designation preferred or in-progress.
• 3–5+ years full-cycle recruitment in mining/industrial sectors preferred.
• Experience sourcing for FIFO/DIDO camp environments.
• Ability to assess safety commitment and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Capital Projects and Earthworks teams.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and site HR to plan workforce needs and pipelines.
• Coordinate pre-screening, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Advise on compensation, rotations and start dates with HR and leaders.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices and local Indigenous hiring.
