Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician to support an industrial project in Canada.

You will join the Ledcor team on the Potash Mine project for our client, reading electrical and mechanical drawings, installing cables, wiring fixtures, and testing circuits. The role requires a Journeyperson ticket or current apprenticeship, pre-access drug testing, and the ability to mentor apprentices.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson ticket or current apprenticeship required.
• Experience on industrial construction projects preferred.
• Pre-access drug and alcohol testing required.
• Fall Protection and MEWP are assets.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and codes.
• Pull cables and install cable trays.
• Wire lighting, outlets, switches and control panels.
• Install electrical systems and equipment.
• Test circuits for integrity and safety.
• Troubleshoot defective circuits; mentor apprentices.
