What You'll Get To Do:

  • Implement and enhance the mine's safety program to accomplish Heidelberg's "zero harm" standard.
  • Develop, implement and execute specific strategies, plans and objectives to maximize the utility of resources, continuously improve the mine's productivity and minimize costs.
  • Develop operating budgets and identify capital spending projects, prepare their authorization and ensure successful implementation of the recommended projects.
  • Oversee compliance with environmental and mining regulations, policies and procedures and continue the mine's award-winning reclamation program.
  • Develop and maintain a constructive relationship with the company's First Nations partners.
Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in mining or building materials production.
  • Substantial leadership experience with proven track record of achieving results in a complex production environment.

What we have to offer:

  • Participation in our annual incentive plan
  • Highly competitive benefits programs
