Job summary

Ledcor is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a major mine expansion project near Logan Lake, BC. Roles include Excavator, Packer, Loader and Rock Truck operations in a busy heavy civil and mining environment.

You’ll join a safety-focused team that prioritizes quality and productivity while adhering to established site procedures. Qualified candidates have 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, CSTS certifications, and the ability to operate without GPS or machine control systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Experience on mining, heavy civil, earthworks, or large-scale industrial projects is an asset.
• Ability to operate equipment without GPS or machine control systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, rock trucks, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Perform earthworks: excavation, loading, hauling, backfilling, material placement.
• Inspect equipment daily and report deficiencies; maintain safe, clean operating areas.
