Job summary

Techtronic Industries Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Milwaukee business with monthly sales and margin analysis, accruals, and forecasting. The role interfaces with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure timely reporting for rapid growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in accounting/finance, are pursuing CPA, and are proficient in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics is a plus. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Working towards CPA certification
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset

Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of Monthly Sales Reporting Package for senior leadership
• Preparation and analysis of margin reporting
• Point of Sale reporting and analysis for key retailers/distributors
• Preparation and entry of monthly and yearly accruals
• Liaison between finance, sales, and marketing with regards to customer deductions and credits
• Monthly forecasting and analysis of SG&A
• Monthly updating of related templates and validation of data
• Maintenance of departmental databases
• Annual duties related to budgeting
• Ad hoc reporting as required
