Position: Millwright

Responsibilities include:

• Work in a team to ensure preventive and curative maintenance of production equipment.
• Participate in the improvement of existing equipment and the implementation of new equipment.
• Support production teams.
• Be safety-conscious, energetic, and understand your role within the team.
• Promote and support a safe workplace, seek improvements, and uphold Health & Safety programs.
• Maintain communication to keep employees informed.
• Support compliance with collective agreements and maintain good relations with unions, management, and employees.
• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements include:

• Preference for candidates with a Red Seal Certificate.
• Two-year college diploma preferred.
• Extensive mechanical experience is an asset.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
