Job summary

Magna Exteriors Canada seeks a Maintenance Millwright to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on CNC machines and plant equipment. You will work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, drive systems, pumps, and bearings to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a Grade 12 diploma, Licensed Industrial Millwright certification (#433A), and prior automotive or CNC shop experience. Concord-based site, on-site work with a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industrial Millwright certification #433A (Licensed) is required.
• Current Millwright certification status in good standing is required.
• Experience in automotive or CNC machine shop is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Maintain general plant systems and ensure safety, quality, cost controls.
• Repair pumps, bearings, seals, and drive systems; weld as needed.
• Train and guide team members on maintenance practices and TPM.
